The other speakers were Tommy Tenney (author of The God Chasers), the second-in-command from the Brownsville revival and the vice-president from Morris Cerullo Ministries. During a conference break, the speakers migrated to the pastor’s office for some fellowship. As we mingled together the host pastor looked straight across the room and said, “Ron, you’ve written a best-seller on revival. What do you think the next revival will look like?”

Without hesitation I proclaimed, “Jim, I’m not looking for a revival, I’m looking for a reformation!”

With a stunned look on his face he pondered, “What’s the difference?”

It launched an ongoing conversation and thought process in my life. I knew Luther’s Reformation was far more impacting than any modern revival. It reformed how they saw themselves. Luther tacked 95 theses on a Wittenberg church door that forever changed the way we saw the Christian faith.

These 95 theses were based on 5 theological suppositions that were Latin phrases:

Sola Christus – Christ alone

It is only through the finished work of Jesus Christ alone that men might be saved and placed in right-standing (righteousness) with the Father.

Sola Scriptura – Scripture alone

Scripture is the final authority for salvation and sanctification of a Christian.

Sola Gratia – grace alone

Salvation (in its fullness) comes by grace(unmerited favor) alone; it is not by works (Eph. 2:8,9)

Sola Fide – faith alone

People who by one act of believing what God did by grace can be justified(made righteous) in the sight of God for all time (eternity).

Soli deo Gloria – the glory of God alone

All glory is due for God alone. It is time to stop building our kingdoms and build His.

Amazingly, in our postmodern, relativistic culture, all 5 tenets are being challenged in modern Christianity (read Organic Christianity for the details).

So, what would a New Reformation look like? Here are 5 tenets:

It will be a movement of people not just a person. It will not be about extraordinary people doing extraordinary things, but ordinary people doing extraordinary things (Acts 4:12; Eph. 3:9, 10 MSG).

God’s people will have an intimacy with God through His incomprehensible grace. God’s grace promotes our intimacy with God that defeats spiritual schizophrenia and the trend of vicarious living that handcuffs the Body of Christ.

The New Reformation will be based on believer’s understanding their identity in Christ. I define identity as knowing who God is, what He has already done, and who He has made you to be. We are not trying to get God to do what He has already done, but to receive what He has done by grace through faith (Eph. 1:3; 2 Pet. 1:3).

The New Reformation will bring us to a reformed understanding of faith. Faith is not about faith in our faith, but faith in His grace. Faith doesn’t believe God will, but God has.

The New Reformation will complete or reform how we see the kingdom. The kingdom is not only the rule and reign of God, but the location and resources of God, through the finished work of Christ.

The New Reformation will reform how we see – or change the way we see God and change the way we see ourselves.

Everywhere I go people want to know how to be productive. I love to speak to crowds who are hungry about their productivity. They already know the “80/20” Principle – 20% of your people do 80% of the work, 20% of your people give 80% of the money, and 20% of your efforts produce 80% of your results.

However, how many people know the 16/40/60 Rule? At 16 years old, you’re worried about what everybody thinks about you. At 40 years old, you don’t care what anyone thinks about you. At 60 years old, you realize ain’t nobody thinking about you.

The principle here is that it is important for YOU to be thinking about you.

Most believers live their lives between the amen and the there it is. Though we have a limitless gospel, we lead a limited life. We believe in healing and yet many people remain sick. We believe it is God’s will to prosper us, yet countless believers struggle. We believe it is God’s will to be free, yet the majority of God’s people are bound.

Ron brings a fresh perspective of the new normal for Christian believers. In Transformed Living Seminars, you can learn the keys to Productivity Theology.

You will LEARN:

How to make a paradigm shift

The 4 keys to productivity in Romans 12:2

Understanding God’s system

How to be transformed (learning to live from the inside/out)

How to renew your mind, transform your personal belief system and manifest what is in your heart

How to recognize and overcome self-limiting beliefs

The 6 key laws of scriptural productivity

The key barrier busters

Listen to what some people have said about this seminar:

“Ron’s insights are destined to become a classic and should be practiced by all who want to break free from the restrictions of their past and pursue the possibilities of their future. Every sentence of Ron’s work is pregnant with wisdom for transformation.”

All scripture is inspired, but not all scripture is equal. Hebrews 8:6 states, “But the ministry Jesus has is superior to theirs (Old Covenant High Priests, v. 1-4) as the covenant (The New Covenant) of which He is the mediator is superior to the old one, and is founded on better promises.” The writer of Hebrews tells us the New Covenant is superior to the Old Covenant in that it has innate within in it better, more dynamic promises. In fact, he culminates Chapter 8 by saying, “By calling this covenant new, He has made the first one obsolete; and what is obsolete and aging, will soon disappear.”

One of the biggest dilemmas we have is seeing the full manifestation of God’s kingdom. We’ve unwittingly become New Covenant believers, living in Old Covenant principles. Let’s examine how this works in Romans 6:14, “Sin shall have no dominion over you because you are not under law (the Old Covenant), but you are under grace (the New Covenant – see John 1:16, 17).

Paul says sin shall not dominate you (or tell you how to live)…everything bad in life is the result of sin—yours, Adam’s or someone else’s. Paul says the way to overcome it is not the Old Covenant (being right with God by your performance) but by living under the New Covenant (being right with God by the vehicle of Jesus’ performance). The result of being a New Covenant people living under an Old Covenant is you live under rules and regulations, rather than intimacy with God. The law may encourage you not to commit adultery, but it cannot produce intimacy with your wife. Similarly, the Old Covenant promotes, “thou shalt not” but it cannot produce an intimacy with the Savior. Guilty people run from God; intimate people know there’s security in the family. Old Covenant theology promotes what I call spiritual schizophrenia. Obviously, schizophrenia is a split personality. Spiritual schizophrenia says, “I know God can, I just don’t know if He will…for me!” It frustrates the manifestation of God’s kingdom because of fear and doubt.

I realized some years ago there’s coming an impending, cataclysmic move of the Spirit, if we can help sincere believers overcome spiritual schizophrenia by understanding the New Covenant of grace. Every move of the Spirit is a reinvigoration of a lost revelation of scripture. Look at what I mean:

Azusa Street – In the early 1900’s it was the Baptism of the Holy Spirit that launched a worldwide thrust.

Voice of Healing Revival – In the 1940’s, it was the revelation of healing.

Charismatic Renewal – In the 1960’s it was a reinvigoration of the gifts of the Spirit in denominational churches.

The Word of Faith Movement – In the 1980’s, it was faith that reformed our thinking and the manifestation of God.

Today, it is grace. This move is launching a mighty reformation that will revolutionize the church, much like what happened in the Reformation in 1517 under Martin Luther.

Stagnation is a frightening word in ministry. It means without motion or momentum. Yet many of our churches feel stuck. How do we get unstuck?

In today’s culture:

Church attendance has slumped (10% to 20%, depending on who you read).

Fewer people are reading their Bibles (down 43%).

20 years ago your most committed people set aside 4 blocks of time for the church each week. Today it is only 2 blocks of time.

It’s noted that only 10% of pastors can articulate or cast their vision effectively.

Only 5% of pastors say they have a gift of leadership.

Most pastors consider themselves to be good teachers, but teaching in itself cannot compensate for effective leadership. Research reveals many churches lack the catalytic, entrepreneurial leadership required to go to the next level. The future of the church depends on the emergence of true leaders.

Finally, there is a seminar that launches your ministry forward with practical strategies: I.M.P.A.C.T. – Invasion Ministries Producing Actual Church Transformation

You will LEARN how to:

Raise up leaders in your church

Help people do what they love (in your church)

Establish a biblical structure for growth

Develop inspiring worship

Disciple with a purpose

Motivate for outreach

Create an atmosphere of love

Jesus Christ Superstar contains a song that asks, “What’s the buzz, tell me, what’s a happening?” Recently I had the opportunity to speak to a group of leaders on the buzz of vision. Vision is far more than the typical definition of sight. Having a vision means to see ahead. People of vision see what others do not see… even when looking at the same thing. It is said of the sons of Issachar, they discerned the times and knew what God’s people should do (1 Chron. 12:32).

We live at a critical time of history and it is essential we discern the time. Every move of the Spirit is the re-ignition of a lost revelation. Look at modern revival: In the early 1900’s it was the recouping of the Baptism of the Holy Spirit at Azusa Street; in the 1940’s, it was “The Voice of Healing” revival; in the 1960’s it was the Charismatic Renewal; in the 1980’s, it was the Faith Movement. Today it is the re-ignition of Grace. I have been saying this for years and have documented it in my new book, Organic Christianity. Some always resist what is new. Then there is a reconciliation of sorts and then an awakening. We are on the brink of a mighty Reformation…a reforming of our thinking, to God’s original intent.

Jump in the water. It’s fine! Let’s do amazing!

SHIPPENSBURG, PA – Destiny Image Publishers’ recent release Organic Christianity strips away all the candy coating of traditional religion and serves up the natural essence of the Gospel. The unadulterated truths presented have been compared to the depth of Joseph Prince’s profound insights and the close-to-home intensity of Francis Chan’s Crazy Love.

Organic Christianity shares the raw Gospel, free from the religious trappings that often hold believers back from experiencing true freedom and real productivity. Christians today hunger to replace the frustrations of their faith with the ecstasy and extraordinary abundant life that the Scriptures promise. One of the key questions of our time is, why is there such a disconnect between Christianity and the many corridors of modern culture? Could it be the difference between Christianity and organic Christianity? “Organic Christianity is about a faith based on grace (or unmerited favor) and is more about the exchanged life than the changed life,” writes author Ron McIntosh, noted speaker, writer, teacher, minister and life coach.

Filled with generous portions of easy-to-digest concepts and proven strategies to rediscover Christianity’s basics, each chapter concludes with thoughts and questions designed to engage readers and stimulate real-life responses. All of the fascinating statistics and modern-day examples have been thoroughly researched citing credible sources throughout.

Based on the simple equation that Jesus + Nothing = Everything, the author knowledgably crafts a message that clearly reveals how believers must see the organic meaning of grace, love, righteousness, and faith, which will move them into the ultimate, natural, manifestation of God’s Kingdom.

The readers’ perspective of Christianity will be profoundly impacted through personal, supernatural revelations and stories shared throughout. Tackling issues such as Spiritual Schizophrenia to examining the five aspects of a person’s personal belief system, every page is thought-provoking and motivating.

“Organic Christianity is more about renewing your mind to who you already are, than trying to become who you aren’t,” writes the author. He expounds on this crucial element of identity with great expertise.

Ron McIntosh has a successful ministry and is president of IMPACT, a leadership and coaching ministry dedicated to helping people reach their full potential and productivity level. He travels worldwide sharing his approaches to leading a successful spiritual, economic, and physical life.

Virtually, everyone knows the phrase: “Actions speak louder than…words.” The basic idea behind this clause is that actions speak louder than words as a determinant of behavior and character. People can say anything, but when what they say is contrary to what they do, it is easier to judge what they believe by what is done, rather than what is said. Our lives should be, louder than words. The key is to live out loud! The real, organic gospel is not about correct theological dialogue, but about the kingdom of God erupting in our lives. It’s about getting what we say we believe to manifest. It is living out loud!

The life of the Gospel was made to be extraordinary. Extraordinary living surpasses the norm. It breaks away from the status quo. It is a life that is exceptional, remarkable, amazing, unimaginable…well, abundant. Isn’t this what the world discovered about the early Christian believers? This is the revelation of the Book of Acts. Acts 4:12 records it like this, “Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which they must be saved. When they saw the courage of Peter and John and realized they were unschooled and ordinary men, they were astonished and took note that they had been with Jesus. But since they could see the man healed standing with them, there was nothing they could say.” They were living out loud and everybody noticed!

In other words they were ordinary people doing extraordinary things. This is the theme of the Book of Acts. In fact, three times the disciples were accused of being gods (Acts 10:25-26; 14:11-15; 28:6). Once they were accused of turning the world upside down (17:6). The question is, is that the problem we are having in the church today? Maybe it’s out of context in our culture to say such things, but when is the last time someone inquired to get what you’ve got? These early disciples lived out loud and people noticed. They saw an ability that made them distinctive, uncommon.

What is the ability that brought the extraordinary to the ordinary? Certainly the Book of Acts is about the person and power of the Holy Spirit, but there is also an amazing missing ingredient. Following this extraordinary event in Acts 4 is this amazing verse, “With great power the apostles continued to testify…and much grace was upon them.” Eleven times in Acts, following extraordinary events it testifies as to the source being “much grace” (4:33; 6:8; 11:23; 13:43; 14:31; 14:26; 15:11; 15:40; 18:27; 20:24; 20:32). Notice Acts 6:8 for example, “Now Stephen, a man full of God’s grace and power did great wonders and miraculous signs among the people.” Acts 14:8 continued this thought, “Paul and Barnabas spent considerable time there (Iconium) speaking boldly for the Lord who confirmed the message of His grace, by enabling them to do miraculous signs and wonders.”

God is revealing a hidden secret to the church for impact today: grace. Grace is unmerited favor. God did something for you, you can never earn (see Ephesians 1:3 for the full impact). Now, that just tells me it’s free. Secondly, it is the finished work of Jesus Christ (John 19:30; Ephesians 1:3; 2 Peter 1:2,3). Thirdly, it is a Divine influence upon the heart. Lastly, it is God’s ability or empowerment. Grace is the ability to live the Christian life and to manifest His kingdom. I like to say it like this: Grace is my ability to use God’s ability to meet any need. This is the hour for the ordinary to do the extraordinary. Grace in fullness is the heart of His Gospel (Galatians 1:6-8; Acts 20:24).

Victory Bible Institute is an independent, interdenominational, two year Bible School open to Christians from various backgrounds who desire to study the Word of God and further develop their spiritual life and ministry. The School focuses on developing relationships with both God and man according to biblical standards.

A charismatic school of the Bible, VBI imparts life experience, ministers restoration and empowers students with personal knowledge of the Word of God and the Holy Spirit. Courses are designed to minister to Christians of all levels of spiritual maturity and development.

VBI provides Bible training for spiritual growth and Christian leadership in the Body of Christ. Students receive instruction in biblical doctrines of the Christian faith, restoration of an intimate relationship with God and development of spiritual maturity in fulfilling the commission and vision that God has given to each student.

An extension and integral part of Victory Christian Center, students experience practical training through Christian service in the various departments and outreaches of the church. Involvement in the many spiritual programs offered by Victory Christian Center is designed to strengthen student growth. Weekly school chapels, guest speakers, special seminars, Christian service hours, cell groups, and activities within VCC and outside VCC in the Christian community all help further develop the student spiritually.
